Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable retainer fee of $100 for any cancellations will be withheld from refunds. The retainer will be credited towards another type of session within the following year. Cancellations due to emergencies (under sections 8 & 9 in contract), retainer is refundable. Any weather related cancellations by our studio, we will re-schedule or refund session.
